Fintech Cadence\u2019s program is designed to help fintech startups prepare for fundraising and sustainable growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">As part of this collaboration, FSRA will deliver a Regulatory Masterclass exclusively for fintech founders participating in Ascension. The session will provide practical insights into Ontario\u2019s financial regulatory landscape, helping founders understand how to engage effectively with regulators and build responsibly within a supervised environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A key feature of the collaboration will be the introduction of FSRA\u2019s Test and Learn Environment (TLE) to the founders, a program designed to support fintech innovators in safely testing new technologies, products, and business models under FSRA\u2019s regulatory oversight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">&#8220;By working directly with fintech founders at critical stages of their growth, we can help foster innovation that is responsible and impactful, for the industry and for consumers,&#8221; said Stephanie Appave, Director, Innovation Office, FSRA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Through this partnership, FSRA&#8217;s Innovation Office will share with fintech startups how FSRA&#8217;s Test and Learn Environment can help them elevate their business.
