Amisha is responsible for managing a portfolio of products and services, addressing fraud, cyber security, identity, crypto, account and network solutions for Mastercard’s Canadian market. Amisha previously held the position of Vice President of loyalty & Engagement and led the product portfolio and program management for rewards, offers and benefit services for financial institutions and merchants within the Canadian market.
Prior to Mastercard, Amisha spent a number of years working in Product Management, Pricing & Revenue Management roles in North America, across the Loyalty services, Logistics and Aviation industries. She holds a Bachelors in Science from the University of Waterloo, and a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Charles is responsible for protecting Peloton’s operations and the organization’s clients and for its interaction with the broader payments ecosystem through a modern and robust risk and compliance framework.
Prior to joining Peloton, Charles spent 10 years in fintech, including roles at Lightspeed Commerce and Nuvei. He is a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and an expert in Know Your Client (KYC), Customer Identification Programs (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). Charles graduated from the University of Calgary before attending Queen’s University for post-graduate studies in law.
He is a seasoned digital banking executive with extensive experience in product management, design, and strategy. As the Head of Design & Product at Scotiabank, Shashank has led teams to build cutting-edge Digital Identity, Authentication, and Open Banking solutions.
With a track record of driving innovation, securing multi-million-dollar funding, and shaping the future of secure banking, Shashank is passionate about transforming financial experiences. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and actively contributes to industry discussions on digital finance.
